Business Development Manager - LATAM

Your new job
The role of this position is to find and prospect, new acquiring institutions who own ATM,s and POS networks; as new possible partners for our growth intentions in the LAC region. Will be responsible to board and create new relationships with these institutions, introducing the company products, to create alliances with the possible partners.

What you need to be successful
The position required, being in contact, with the product, business and IT teams. It is required, to travel frequently, in LAC, up to 60% of the time, and it is desire, this person is based in any South American country (Mercosur region desirable). The Key goals of the position will be defined, on how many new Banks/Acquirers, start doing business with the company on an annual basis, using the products (DCC is a key product on this process). Once the bank is ready to do business with the company and already signed the agreement, the position require, the support to the Project Management team, up to the moment we handover the process to the local teams, on the country, helping the local teams, to drive the process and strength their relations, with the new costumer.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
  • Create new relations, with new possible partners for the company, Banks, Acquirers and ISOs.
  • Drive those relations to get the new partner working with the company and Integrated
  • Coordinate/Support the integration process in coordination with Project Management.
  • Provide initial business training to the partner business areas.
  • Provide assistance to the marketing/Sales efforts to increase the revenue, and generate the synergy and strategies with the local teams, during the initial launch.
  • Collaborate on the initial marketing and sales strategy definitions.
  • Collaborate and introduce the local teams, to handover the process, locally once the Bank is fully implemented. Doing a seamless process to avoid any impact to the new costumer.
  • Provide reports to the Management on a Daily, weekly or monthly basis, according the process and the costumer development.
  • Drive the ATM Bank relationship,


What you get in return
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science. (preferable Computer Science or equivalent experience on the field in technical sales).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Financial services, acquiring or processing services.
  • Knowledge of the LATAM card processing process, and rules, desirable.
  • Advance to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
  • Self motivated, Proactive and persistent.
  • Strong communication levels verbal and writing.
  • Fully bilingual.
